Just sign up and connect your devices to your account. Syncing is up to you: push to upload a device's data, pull to load it on another device.
It's end to end encrypted, which means only you can read the content. The Ratebit server or anyone in between has no way to get into it.
Just make sure to remember your passphrase, not even Ratebit can restore it. It's that safe.
The only way Ratebit makes money
Ratebit is completely ad free and collects only the bare minimum of data, and never sells it to anyone. So this is the only way it can make money.
After many revisions, this is the most ethical business model that was possible.
Ratebit Plus costs €3 per month, or €30 per year if you pay yearly (final prices, incl. VAT where applicable). You can cancel any time.

Paste this into the Ratebit app to enable sync. Regenerating a key immediately
invalidates the previous one and you'll need to update it in the app.

Your Data
Download everything Ratebit Plus stores about you: your account details, subscription
and invoice records from Stripe, and information about your synced database.
The synced database is encrypted with your passphrase on your device, so we can't read it.
This is the exact file we store; your ratings are readable in the app itself.
Danger Zone
Permanently deletes your account, cancels any active subscription with Stripe,
and removes your synced database from our servers. This cannot be undone.
If you subscribed less than 14 days ago, your payment is refunded in full.
